We provide fully trained and dedicated virtual assistant to work as part of your team. You have the option to hire a team member either on a monthly or per-day basis. Our team members would remotely log in to Australia-based servers to perform loan processing services for you. This arrangement conforms with the compliance policy from major aggregator groups.

Qualification

All Team members have professional degrees with requisite experience in Mortgage Processes.

Experience

Team members are experienced in the Australian mortgage industry and are able to perform majority of the back-office activities.

Training

Upon Joining, all employees spend 03 months getting trained in all stages of a Mortgage deal. There is ongoing training for each member to update on any changes in lender policies and procedures in the Australian Mortgage Industry.

Flexibility

Clients have the option to choose a resource on per day basis to a monthly basis as per their requirements. Additionally our shift timing provides an advantage to our clients by giving extra hours of work post Australian office timings.

Action items

The offshore team member will be able to perform the following tasks comfortably.

Pre-Submission Activities

  • Research for suitable products as per broker instructions and analysing borrowing capacity of the client.
  • Assisting broker for any servicing replications with different banks.
  • Sending online Fact Finds and obtaining missing documents/details from clients as per broker instructions.
  • Ordering valuations, doing pricing requests for various banks as per broker instructions.
  • CRM data entry.
  • Completing apply online.
  • Compliance check to ensure the submission is error free and compliant as per the requirements.
  • Sending the documents to the client for signing.
  • Preparation of FHOG Forms/Discharge Authority Forms or any other forms related to FHLDS or any other schemes.
  • Making the file ready for lodgement with the lender.

Post-submission Activities

  • Follow up the progress of loan application submitted with the lender.
  • Emailing clients for missing documents.
  • Following up with lenders/valuers/solicitors on file movements / escalating cases as per requirement.
  • Replying to queries from audit/compliance team as per broker instructions.
  • Making “status change” for applications in CRM as per requirement.
  • Managing construction progress payments.
  • Requesting Google / any other reviews from clients and follow up for the same.
  • Flexible to learn new skills & execute new tasks as required.
