A versatile professional, Deepika comes with more than two decades of multifunctional experience across various business verticals. She is the key person behind the operations and processes of the organisation and believes in delivering quality outcomes for the clients. She loves training new team members to ensure that everyone in the team is onboard with the high client satisfaction standards the organisation has set for itself.
She has varied experience in the area of finance, human resources, business consulting and her love for training and teaching even led to her working for some time as a trainer for ‘Diploma of Business’. She loves updating her knowledge on a regular basis and has attained various certifications in the area of psychometric testing, Emotional Intelligence, Technological Innovations, social media management,
She is a perfectionist and in her earlier roles has led diverse teams which has given her a strong understanding of managing the expectations of both internal and external stakeholders. She has a strong technical background coming from an Engineering degree in Computer Sciences and the post graduate management qualification has added to the understanding of overall business requirements.
When she is not working, she busy with the mum duties for her two boys which she enjoys the most. She loves music and dancing and spending time with her family.
