Two Different Packages
Standard Package
- Data Entry in the aggregator CRM.
- Data validation from client documents and rectifying any errors/data inconsistencies.
- Compiling the list of missing information/documents and coordinating with the broker for obtaining all missing data.
- Generating credit guide and credit proposal.
- Completion of apply online and validating tabs by rectifying all errors.
- Sending the documents to the client for signing.
- Attaching supporting documents in apply online and all documents in Flex as per compliance requirements.
- Compliance check to ensure the submission is error free and compliant as per the requirements.
- Preparation of FHOG forms, Discharge Authority Forms or any other forms related to FHLDS or any other schemes.
- Making the file ready for lodgement with the lender.
Comprehensive Package
Standard Package +
- Follow Up with Solicitors / real estate agent/Lender (if required as per the instructions of the broker).
