Under this model, we have two service packages: Standard and Comprehensive.

Standard Package

We handle end-to-end application processes like data entry on aggregator CRM, validation, and compliance checks and coordinate with brokers to finalise any missing information. We provide accurate and compliant lodgements of loan applications on the lender portal.

Comprehensive Package

This package includes all standard services, including follow-ups with solicitors, lenders, & clients. It also entails handling valuations, pricing, and construction progress payments.

2. Dedicated Resource Model

Our committed resources act as an extension of your team, assisting with your loan processing work. Depending on your business requirements, you can employ them full-time or part-time.

Full-Time Dedicated Resource

Operates 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, as your back-office staff. Suitable for brokers with a consistent volume of applications requiring daily support.

Part-Time Dedicated Resource

Works 4 hours a day, 5 days a week suitable for brokers who need limited support. Great for managing lighter workloads.

Pre-Submission Activities

  • Enter details in CRM and fill in the application in ApplyOnline
  • Generate and send loan application forms to customers for signature
  • Upload supporting documentation in ApplyOnline, with all compliance requirements satisfied
  • Complete associated forms like FHOG, FHLDS, or other government schemes of relevance
  • Prepare discharge authority forms, where necessary
  • Complete the file and lodge the application to the lender.

Post-Submission Activities

  • Monitor the progress of the loan application and proactively follow up with the lender
  • Ask clients for any outstanding documentation.
  • Respond to audit or compliance-based questions from the lender or aggregator.
  • Coordinate with lenders, solicitors, and valuers regarding updates on the file
  • Assist in managing and monitoring construction progress payments, where applicable.
